Local food 101 will be presented on Tuesday, April 13 at the Aitkin City Hall in Aitkin. Cost will be $5/person. Speakers include Debbie Botzek-Linn (extension educator in food safety), Hill Herberg and Lowell Urban (Minnesota Department of Agriculture food inspectors), Kent Lorentzen (Grand Rapids Farmers' Market manager) and Joe Riehle (CSA farmer).
