Medical students plan to offer blood pressure\, glucose\, cholesterol\, triglycerides\, skin cancer and hearing screenings. \nSpeakers: \n\nDr. Robert Jacobson\, a medical consultant at Mayo Clinic\, speaking at 9 a.m.\nTed Matthews\, a mental health practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in counseling in rural areas\, speaking at 10:15 a.m.\n\nExhibitors include: \n\nZumbro Valley Medical Society\, The Rural Medicine Interest Group at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine looks to improve the health and wellness of our surrounding rural communities through health screening and education. We also look to increase interest in rural medicine within medical students to improve the access to medical care for rural populations.\nDodge County Public Health has been serving the public since 1922. Its mission is to promote and foster a healthy community by delivering the highest quality of services to the greatest number of Dodge County residents in the most efficient manner.\nCenter Clinic is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization that specializes in reproductive healthcare. The Center Clinic provides quality\, confidential\, affordable physical and mental healthcare\, health counseling\, and education to teens and low-income\, uninsured\, and underinsured men and women.\nMayo Clinic Otolaryngology Department\, which will be offering hearing screenings and information about sleep apnea\, voice health\, cancer detection and prevention\, and our free community clinic.\nDodge County Environmental Services\, which provides services for the protection of public health and the environment. These services include waste disposal\, recycling\, composting\, hazardous waste treatment\, and water testing.\nFarmers Union/Farmers Union Agency. Farmers Union is a grassroots\, membership based organization and Farmers Union Agency offers various health insurance solutions to individuals\, including Medicare.\nThe 10\,000 Families Study looks at how family history\, habits\, and the environment affect our health.
