Register now for MFU summer camps
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Registration is open for Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) Summer Youth Leadership Camps.
Held at MFU Lake Sarah Campground near Erskine and Sibley State Park near New London, the multi-day overnight camps provide opportunities for youth ages 9 to 18 to make new friends, build leadership skills and have fun.
“Farmers Union camps serve a unique purpose in today’s ever-changing world by offering a chance for kids to experience community, cooperation and personal growth while connecting with others from across the state,” said MFU Education Director Winona Anderson. “Our campers come from all walks of life – you don’t have to be a farm kid to find the joy in Farmers Union camps. We value creating space for kids to just be kids and emphasize this by hosting tech-free camps. It’s truly incredible watching our campers unplug and reconnect with their peers, and the natural world around them. That’s what summer camp is all about.”
