Happy Dancing Turtle: Update on local meat processing efforts

Join our meeting to hear Jim Chamberlin, Conservation Technician for Happy Dancing Turtle, for an update on local meat processing efforts. We will be sharing progress on the processing facilities being established by the MN Farmers Union foundation and providing an update on the meat cutting program at Central Lakes College. We also will be gathering information to be used for feasibility and business planning of a branded ground beef product.
