Farmer-Led Solutions: Investing in Cooperatives for a Changing Climate

What: Join Minnesota Farmers Union for a conversation about why the cooperative model remains a powerful tool for strengthening rural economies and advancing climate resilience.

In 2023, the Minnesota Farmers Union Foundation launched the Cooperatives for Climate grant program to support farmer-led cooperatives advancing solutions to pressing economic and climate-related challenges. The program offers a compelling proof of concept: targeted, place-based investments in cooperative development can unlock lasting, farmer-led climate solutions while strengthening local economies.
