Webinar on clean fuel tax credits

Recently there’s been a lot of discussion about how farmers might benefit from newly authorized clean fuel tax credits with low carbon intensity agriculture. Last month, the IRS and Treasury Department released guidance related to the 40B Sustainable Aviation Fuel Tax credit. This guidance has implications for future tax credits including 45Z – the Clean Fuels Production tax credit – which will begin in 2025.
