Brittney Johnson joined Minnesota Farmers Union in November 2025 as the Membership Outreach Coordinator for the northwestern region of the state. Her mission is to foster strong connections and build a sense of community among the hardworking neighbors in her area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy and plant genetics from the University of Minnesota and has experience in irrigation management and industrial commodity processing

Johnson is a first-generation farmer. She lives in Otter Tail County where she raises a flock of sheep and manages an egg cooperative.
