Cindy VanDerPol was hired as a Minnesota Farmers Union membership team member in November.

Cindy owns and operates Pastures A Plenty Company and Farm along with her husband and their family. Their farm consists of 320 acres of organic crops and direct marketed heritage pork, grass-fed beef and free-range eggs. Pastures A Plenty Company markets all the products raised on the farm direct to customers, numerous natural food co-op stores and to restaurants around the state.

Cindy has helped build two farmers markets in the area and participates in selling products at these markets.

In her down time, Cindy enjoys spending time with their adult kids and their partners, the grandkids and their dog.
