Megan Mathew joined MFU as the Operations Coordinator in 2026. She graduated in 2020 with a degree in agriculture marketing and communications where she completed internships at a strip-tillage company and Minnesota State Colleges. After graduation she started her career as a business systems analyst at a consulting firm. She assisted in SAP transformation projects at 3M. Later she moved on to a new role at CHS where she worked on SAP but specifically the agriculture module, analyzing data going into and out of plants. While she worked in the tech field she also volunteered at local urban farms and gardens. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, bouldering, and reading.
