More about Nancy Miller: Miller is Owner/HR Consultant with Vinna Human Resources. She has worked in the human resources sector for more than a decade and has certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She has worked with small businesses, churches, financial institutions, educators, contractors, landscapers, non-profit organizations, correction institutions, restaurants and government organizations. Her skill set and insight allow her to work with employers to develop their leaders and strengthen employee performance.
She strives for a positive experience for the business and its employees. Miller has a keen eye for the bottom line and is strategic with compensation. Her strengths provide her with the ability to be adaptable to diverse environments and businesses.
