Minnesota Cooks at Minnesota Garlic Festival

Minnesota Cooks will be returning to host the Chef Stage at Sustainable Farming Association’s Garlic Fest on Saturday, Aug. 10 at the McLeod County Fairgrounds in Hutchinson, and we would love for you to join us for a day of silly, delicious, stinky fun. Now the largest garlic festival in the nation, festival goers enjoy demonstrations and discussions related to garlic, shopping for premium garlic from local growers, live music, eating garlicky goodness and the simple, nostalgic joy of participating in a homegrown festival. You’ll find our team facilitating discussions with a stellar line-up of favorite chefs and cooks who will offer food samples: Beth Dooley, Morgan Baum, Nettie Colón, Beth Fisher and Matthew and Amber Jensen.
