Agritourism Workshop planned

• A farm with animals that also hosts tours for families and school groups?
• A pumpkin patch or apple orchard?
• Other activities where the public mingles with your animals?
MDA is partnering with the Minnesota Department of health to offer a virtual workshop for farmers who open their farms to the public. It will review best practices for safe human-animal contact, working farm safety issues, food licensing and safe food handling.
The Fun on the Farm: Agritourism Workshop is 5:30 – 8 p.m., April 25.
