Audrey Jerome joined the MFU team as Director of Education and Camp in March 2026.

Jerome comes to MFU via YMCA Camp Widjiwagan, where she worked as the Summer Program Director and later Interim Executive Director.

She has worked at Mill City Market and Midtown Farmers Market representing Rochdale Farms Dairy, at the Seward Co-op, and on several CSA farms in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She was selected to be a Livestock and Butchering Intern at The Spannocchia Foundation in Tuscany, Italy, in 2013.
