Jeff is excited to join Minnesota Farmers Union as the Operations Coordinator. In this role, he looks forward to supporting members in any way possible, as well as advancing the tremendous work of other staff members. Earlier this year, he remotely completed a master’s degree in Food and Agriculture Law and Policy at Vermont Law and Graduate School. While completing this work, he volunteered to advocate for agricultural policy on state and federal issues. His studies included larger projects relating to antimonopoly issues, land access, and climate policy, and it is through this work that he discovered and came to admire MFU.

After growing up on the east coast, Jeff moved to Minnesota in 2014 with his family and has loved it here. In his spare time, he enjoys taking family trips to Park Rapids, visiting farms with his 5-year old daughter, and enjoying all of the other wonderful parks nearby.
