Lee Johnson joined Minnesota Farmers Union on Oct. 1, 2003, as a field staff person, covering a territory stretching from Interstate 35 to the South Dakota border and south of the Minnesota River to the Iowa border. Before joining Farmers Union, he worked for local cooperatives and then sold farm equipment for 20 years. He’s sold International, New Holland, Case and John Deere equipment. He and his wife, Carol, live in St. Peter. In his free time, he likes to go ice fishing, deer hunting and spend time with his family.
